 Reminder to those who play in and organize FIDE rated events:
Effective July 1, 2014 FIDE rated tournaments are required to follow
FIDE's Laws of Chess. Differences include that cellphone rules are usually more restrictive than USCF’s and castling must start with the King moving first.For more details see the USCF FIDE information page here. |
