The USCF is now accepting bookstore bids for the SuperNationals in Nashville (April 4-7), to be held at the Gaylord Opryland. Deadline for bidding is November 19.

The US delegation arrived in Maribor, Slovenia for the World Youth Championship. 89 players are waving the US flag including last year's Under 8 gold medalist Awonder Liang, now playing in the Under 10. Coaches include GMs Finegold, De Firmian & Ramirez as well as head of delegation Michael Khodarkovsky.
Auburn, California hosted 82 players in the 1st Auburn Power Open on November 2-4. GM Enrico Sevillano finished with 4.0 in the five-round event, giving him a clear first place.
