The Nashville Video Chess Challenge has begun! Enter your clip for a chance at a chess lesson with World Women's Chess Champion Alexandra Kosteniuk. For inspiration, see the two entries so far, hosted on USCF's vimeo page. See details on how to create your own below or at the SuperNationals IV website. In addition to snail-mailing to the address below, you can email your clips to Ed Lamberg at [email protected].

Submit Your Clips

Schools, teams, and individuals are invited to submit a video clip for our SuperNationals video website.  All submissions will be entered into a Grand Prize Drawing for a free chess lesson with The Chess Queen, Women’s World Champion GM Alexandra Kosteniuk.  The lesson will be given in Nashville during the SuperNationals and will be filmed for the promotion of scholastic chess by the USCF.  Other drawings from group or individual submissions will win other prizes such as books and discounts at the Chess Store at SuperNationals. Drawing winners will be announced on the SuperNationals website www.supernationalsiv.com.

Entries should be:
1.3 minutes or less in length.
2.Be in MiniDV or DVD video format.
3.Include school and/or team/individuals names.
4.Feature some aspect of preparing for SuperNationals.
5.Include some variation of the phrase, “We’re coming to Nashville!”
6.Be accompanied by a letter of permission of use by the school and/or parents.
