The Bulgarian chess federation responded to FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov November 6 letter , saying that they are ready to host the Gata Kamsky- Veselin Topalov
World Championship Challengers match, but not till February 2009. They also detail their thoughts on the prize fund "We are extremely surprised why the financial arrangements for the match have been changed without sufficient arguments."
