The capture threatens to leave a crater in his position. He now faces some tough decisions.But we think he is up to the challenge. His 8th move was a good choice, according to USCF Correspondence Director Alex Dunne:
"8.0-0: The only reasonable play as the Knight could not be guarded by 8. Qd3 as 8...Bf5 would set up the unanswerable threat of ....Ng3!"
