National Youth Action Attracts Strong Field

shenslide.jpgThe National Youth action takes place this weekend in Long Branch, New Jersey from November 6-7. The tournament has attracted a star-studded field. The K-12 includes World Open Under 2400 Champ Victor Shen (left), Justus Williams who recently broke the record for the youngest African-American master ever, former Cadet Champ Andrew Ng and NM Michael Bodek. Also participating are NM Arthur Shen (K-9) and recent World Youth representatives Josh Colas (K-9) and Praveen Balakrishnan (K-3). The event is a nine-round G/30 tournament split into four sections (High School, Junior High, Elementary and Primary.)
