USCF Revokes Memberships of Polgar and Truong Print E-mail

The USCF voted to revoke the memberships of Susan Polgar and Paul Truong. Polgar and Truong appealed the revocations to the Board of Delegates on Saturday and the revocations were upheld by a vote of 55-21 (Polgar) and 58-18 (Truong).

Six Tie in U.S. Open; Gurevich Wins Official Title Print E-mail

Six tied for first at the US Open with 7.5/9: GM-elect Lenderman, IM Stopa and GMs Kudrin, Yermolinsky, Kraai and Gurevich, who won the official title in the playoff. Stopa is from Poland; the other 5 all earn a spot into the US Champs.
