Holly and Dan Heisman
An ebay auction offers a trip to the Howard Stern Show to the highest bidder.

All auction proceeds will go to the Holly Heisman Memorial Fund, which is hosting an action tournament Sunday, August 2 in Wynnewood, PA. The tourament winner will get a $250 House of Staunton gift certificate! If you can't make the tournament, you can also donate to the Holly Heisman Memorial Fund at the Philadelphia Foundation for women in need at this link.

In previous years, USCF members NM Adam Weissbarth and Scott Andreacci went on the show. Scott is also a USCF member and a big Howard fan and Dan Heisman told CLO, "He and his wife had a grand time as they were not only on the show but got a chance to tour the studio and banter with many of the names he had followed via the show throughout the years."

The winner this year will also visit the show and meet Howard, although Howard reserves the right to decide later whether the guest will be on the show. You can listen to Adam's trip with Dan Heisman to the Howard Stern Show at this link: http://www.2spade.net/adam/  (the final two hours)

Dan Heisman, who is hosting the tournament, is also writing an article about teaching Howard Stern for a future issue of Chess Life Magazine.
