Titles Confirmed for Ludwig, Goletiani, Enkhbat and Hess Print E-mail

At the recent FIDE Presidential Board Meeting, IM titles have been confirmed for Daniel Ludwig, Rusudan Goletiani and Enkhbat Tegshsuren. Robert Hess has been conditionally awarded his GM title. When the new rating list comes out July 1st, he will have the title as his rating will be 2560 which is way over the 2500 needed.
