The US squad suffered a tough loss to Armenia in round three of the World Team Championships in Antalya Turkey (also Thanksgiving Day). Today they followed it up with a 3.5-0.5 victory over Egypt.

Against Armenia, GM Hikaru Nakamura lost on board one to GM Levon Aronian.

In round four, Nakamura rested as the US team scored a resounding win vs. Egypt.
