The Marshall Chess Club is hosting a 10 player round-robin IM norm tournament from February 3-13 2012. Participants include GMs Nick De Firmian & Mikhail Kekelidze and norm-hunters such as Aleksandr Ostrovskiy, Alec Getz and Matthew Herman. This sponsored event has free entry and a prize fund of $2,000 (in addition to GM conditions) and is designed to give strong juniors a realistic shot at an IM norm.  All players need 6 points for the IM norm. Watch selected games live ICC at http://chessclub.com/finger/Marshall12
