1_54280.jpgThe Women's World Championship between Hou Yifan and Humpy Koneru (left) begins today on Nov. 14 in Tirana, Albania. Hou Yifan is the reigning World Champion, while Koneru is the #2 rated woman in the World at 2600 (behind Judit Polgar). Koneru earned the right to challenge Hou in the 2009-2011 Women's Grand Prix cycle.
