Attention Tournament Organizers - New Late Fees Instituted by FIDE Effective December 1, 2002, the USCF shall charge a $70 late fee to any tournament organizer who submits a rating report for FIDE-rated events that are postmarked more than ten (10) days after the conclusion of the event, to offset late fees USCF will be charged by FIDE as a result.
