If you are to receive a trophy from the K-12 / Collegiate Chess Championships, please contact the UPS Store in Park Ridge, Illinois at 847 - 825 - 3700, within 10 days of the end of the tournament, to arrange to have the trophy shipped to you. They are holding the trophies for us for 10 days and will ship them to the winners once you have contacted them. After the 10 days are up the remaining trophies will be sent to the USCF office.
