Mr. Will is the best chess coach! Not only is he smart and good at chess, he is very nice. He volunteers his time because he loves chess and enjoys spending time with us. He helps all players, regardless of their skill level. He sets up problems for us to solve, and explains the answers.
When I make a wrong move, he tells me what would have been better. He explains things that we don't know about, like new defenses and attacks. He lets us play friendly games after the tournament games are finished. He has us play more experienced players to help us get better. He goes with us to the chess tournaments, and we all have a good time.
He is my coach and my friend.
