Shaked does not want to commit with 15 e4 due to the hole it creates on d4. And 15 e3 Nc6 is fine for Black. So Shaked plays to isolate a Black pawn on c5, or get an initiative in the event of 15 ... cxb4 16 axb4. (Have a question? Ask GM Rohde!
