If 48 Ke2 Nf4+ 49 Ke1 Qf2+ 50 Kd1 Qe2+ 51 Kc1 Nd3+ 52 Kb1 Qb2 mate. If 48 Ke1 Qc3+ wins, and Black could also play 48 Qe3+ and pick off the f-pawn first and then arrange to trade queens.
