Switching to the pawn on d4 as a target, and hoping to embarrass Black on the queenside. On the other hand, this move loses some time. Surely, White has interesting play after 7 Bxe6 fxe6 8 Qb3 Qc8 and then 9 Bf4 is just one possibility. (Have a question? Ask GM Rohde!
