Again comes the "Sicilian" type move, although this time White can open
the d-file with 12 dxc5. Then Black should accede to the queen exchange with
12 ... dxc5, as 12 ... bxc5 13 Rad1 allows White to put severe pressure on the
d6 and c5 pawns. After 12 dxc5 bxc5 though, Black is fine, and for this
reason, deFirmian will probably elect to simply play 12 Rad1 immediately.
