42 ... Qxd4+? 43 Ke1 would win for White. But this move is really tough.
White should have a win somewhere but it wont be without sweating. Now 43 Ke1
Qg3+ and White can still think about 44 Ke2 or 43 Kd2. 43 Kd2 c3+ is fraught
with danger for White but still can be played as White then follows with 44
Ke1. But the clever 44 Be2? Nc3+ 45 Kd2 is a nightmare after 45 ... Ne4+!
