FIDE WORLD CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP PRESS CONFERENCE POSTPONED

The World Chess Federation (FIDE) announced today that the press conference for the 1998 World Chess Championship scheduled for October 15th at the Mirage Resort Hotel in Las Vegas, NV has been postponed.

At this time, FIDE has not confirmed a new date for the press conference. As soon as a new date is established, information will be made available.
