GM Gregory Kaidanov and IMs Josh Friedel, David Pruess and Irina Krush
are playing in the Moscow Open (February 2-10.) In the "A" group, over
80 GMs are participating. There is also a strong women's section with a $6,000+ first prize, in which
Krush has 2.5/3. After three rounds in the Open, Kaidanov has 2.5/3, while Josh and David have 2/3 each. The total prize fund is over $200,000. Here are two games from our players so far:
