SICILIAN DEFENSE (B92)

1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 a6 6.Be3 e5 7.Nb3 Be6 8.Be2 Be7 9.0-0 Nbd7 10.a4 0-0 11.a5

White sets up a bind on the queenside.  In order to gain counterplay, Black will have to find action in the center or kingside.
11...Rc8 12.Qd2 Qc7 13.Rfd1

Glaser had been here before in Glaser-Dearnley, Czech Republic-England 2012, which continued 13...Rfd8 14. Nc1 Nc5 15. Bf3 Qc6 16. Nd5 Bxd5 17. exd5 Qb5 which was equal.
13...Rfe8 14.h3
White seeks to limit Black's kingside activity preventing ...Ng4 but instead he weakens his kingside and offers Black a future target on h3.  Better is an immediate 14. Bf3 strengthening his grip on d5.
14...h6
Black, on the other hand, protects his f6 Knights, guardian of d5, from possible exchange via Bg5.
15.Bf3 Nf8
Now all of Black's minor pieces operate on the kingside.
16.Nc1 Ng6 17.Qe1 Qb8 18.Be2
White is in nearly full retreat.  Worth a try was 18. N1a2 aiming at Nb4 and N4d5.
18...Bf8 19.N1a2 d5!
While White is disorganized and in retreat, Black sacrifices a center Pawn to mobilize his forces.
20.exd5 Bd7 21.Bb6 e4
Black's Pawn sacrifice on Move 19 has invigorated all his forces.  White has "won" be battle on the queenside, but now has to face the entre Black army on the kingside without the help of a1 and a2.
22.Bd4 Qf4! 23.Qd2 Qh4 24.Qe3 Bd6 25.g3 Qxh3
The Pawn sacked on Move 18 has come back in a fatally weakened kingside.
26.Bxf6 gxf6 27.Nxe4 Bc5 28.Rd4
After 28. Qf3 Rxe4! 29. Qxe4 Qxg3+ 30. Kh1 Qh3+ 31. Kg1 Re8 32. Qd3 Qh4! Black has too many threats.
28...Rxe4! 29.Qxe4 f5 30.Qd3 f4 31.Bf1

After 31. Rxf4 Nxf4 32. gxf4 Qh4 33. Qf3 Kh8! 34. f5 Rg8+ 35, Kf1 Bxf5 Black's attack triumphs.
31...Qh5 32.Be2 Qg5 33.c3 Re8 0-1
After 34. Nc1 Bxd4 35. cxd4 Bb5 36. Qd2 f3 37. Qxg5 fxe2! 38, Nxe2 hxg5 Black has a winning endgame, and if 34.Qd2 Qe5 35.Bf3 fxg3 36.fxg3 Qxg3+ 37.Qg2 Qf4; 34.Nc1 Bxd4 35.cxd4 Bb5 36.Qd2 f3 37.Qxg5 fxe2 38.Nxe2 hxg5  Finally if 34. Rxe4 fxg3 35.Kg2 Rxe4.

Part of the joy of CC play is matching tactical wits against a strong Master.  Here Black is outwitted very neatly.
