US Chess School: Call for Applicants

USCS150.jpgHello young, talented chess players! We have 1-2 spots available in our upcoming US Chess School programs for the summer. The first camp is being run in partnership with the Schein/Friedman foundation and is being held in Glendale, CA (near Los Angeles), with IM Armen Ambartsoumian as the instructor. The dates for this camp are June 24-28.

Our second camp will be held in New York City at the famous Marshall Chess Club, from July 9-13. At this camp there will be multiple instructors, including GM Yury Shulman, GM Alex Stripunsky and IM Greg Shahade.

 We are looking for applicants for the final spots. Below are the requirements for each camp. If you fit these requirements and are interested in attending please let us know.

The camp in LA requires a minimum rating of 2100 and a maximum age of 15.

The camp in NY requires a minimum rating of 2300 and a maximum age of 18.
