Rex Demers [1957-2012]

Rex Demers passed away in his sleep on Tuesday night. Rex was a Master level chess player and often ran scholastic camps, tournaments, and classes in Savannah and other southeast Georgia locales. He was a math teacher at Sol C. Johnson High School in Savannah for many years and coached such school activities as chess and robotics.
