Ikrushslide.jpgThis Month Gold USCF Affiliate, New York City Chess Inc. in cooperation with The Marshall Chess Club, will be hosting a special series of chess camps.

Woman Grandmaster & International Master Irina Krush will be anchoring two weeks of chess coaching for New York City Chess Inc. Grandmaster Chess (FUN) Camps.

Future masters and children of all skill levels will gather at the World Famous Village Chess Shop, in the heart of Greenwich Village, for chess play and coaching by experts and masters. They’ll enjoy local Chess Cuisine (usually pizza), run around, equally World Famous, Washington Square Park and even take a (legal) dip in the beautiful Water Fountain in the Park.

From there they will head to the World Famous Marshall Chess Club for play and instruction from three-time US Women's Champion IM Irina Krush. This is a rare opportunity for children, beginners as well as more experienced players to receive the attention necessary to take their game to new levels.

Chesshop.jpgMs. Krush will be the Selected Grandmaster for 2 great weeks, beginning next week, Monday August 1st-Friday August 5th and again Monday August 15th -Friday August 19th.

In addition to these two weeks, Grandmaster Rashad Babaev will teach children chess. A regular in New York City Chess Inc. instruction, Grandmaster Babaev is one of the very best motivational instructors.

The common thread through all of these camps is New York City Chess Inc's philosophy of Chess Should be Fun.
