As many of our top players battle it out in Gibraltar (Kosteniuk and Kamsky are playing in round three), Carol Jarecki, chief arbiter of the Bermuda Open (February 5-7), reminds CLO readers that it's not too late to fly over to a closer paradise. "Airfares (to Bermuda) have actually gone down.  Expedia has r.t. out of Newark for $292.50, about $40 less than a few weeks ago." Defending champion GM Pascal Charbonneau will be writing a report for CLO on the event. (See his story from last year.) For more info contact: [email protected] or Chief Arbiter [email protected].
