The Kamsky-Topalov match was negotiated on the rest day of the Dresden Olympiad. According to onsite reports by chessdom and by Macauley Peterson on behalf of the Internet Chess Club , the battle will take place in Bulgaria from February 16-28, 2009. The contracts are set to be signed tonight, when the details will be confirmed. 11/20/08 Update: According to the latest  ICC blog update, the contracts have been signed and Topalov has cancelled his participation in Linares due to conflicting dates.
