Life Member Publication Options

As explained in the letter you recently received, the USCF is giving Life Members three choices for the publication they receive from the USCF:

  • Premium Membership benefits, which includes a printed copy of Chess Life each month.
  • Regular Membership benefits, which includes a printed copy of the Tournament LIfe Announcement Newsletter every other month.
  • Regular Membership Online Only benefits, which includes access to Chess Life via the USCF website. (All current USCF members receive this membership benefit.)
Note: Voting members will continue to receive a ballot, regardless of what publication preference they have selected.


You may use this form to select which publication option you prefer. You may change your publication option preference at any time, but it may take 6-8 weeks for a change to take effect. The USCF may periodically require Life Members to reconfirm their Life Member publication preference, generally once every three years.
