Thirty grand prix points were up for grabs at the Spring Viking Deluxe held last weekend at the Dean Chess Academy held in Branchburg, NJ.  IMs Bryan Smith, Justin Sarkar and Dean Ippolito tied for first with 3.5/4 each. Twenty-six players attended the top-heavy event, which included seven 2200+ players. The event was run by Ken Thomas.
