Washington International Starts on August 8 |

 The 4th Annual Washington International starts starts on Saturday August
8th. The current field for the tournament includes 9 GMs and 10 IMs.
The top seeds are GMs Kamsky (USA), Azarov (BEL), Roiz (ISR),
Mikhalevski (ISR), and Prasad (IND). The 9-round tournament will award
$18,000 in guaranteed prizes and runs from August 8 - 13 in Rockville,
MD. Coverage including live games, standings, pairings and pictures will
be at http://washintl.mdchess.com. Rounds are at 11am and 6pm Saturday - Monday, 6pm Tuesday and Wednesday, and then 11am Thursday.
