NorCal House of Chess made history in the US Amateur team playoffs by winning their third consecutive victory. In the final they defeated the Virginia Assasins from the East. The match featured exciting games, especially GM Enrico Sevillano's win on board 1:

International Arbiter Carol Jarecki directed the event on the Internet Chess Club.
