GM Parimarjan Negi took clear first at the DC International (June 27-July 1) with 7.5/9. His wins included victories over GM Magesh Panchanathan and IM Justin Sarkar. Negi won $2000 for his victory. 

IM Bindi Cheng came in clear second with 7/9.
