Naka400.jpgReigning US Champion Hikaru Nakamura is in third place at the London Chess Classic after five rounds. Magnus Carlsen, who defeated Kasparov's record for the highest rating ever in this event, (see live rating list here) is leading with 13 points, using soccer scoring (three points for a win, one point for a draw.)

Nakamura won in round one against Levon Aronian and defeated Judit Polgar today.





Hikaru's sole loss came in round two against Vladimir Kramnik.
