BenFslide.jpgGM Ben Finegold, IM Ron Burnett, Kevin Wasiluk, Sean Vibbert, Doug Eckert tied for first at the Mid-America Open in Saint Louis (March 16-18) with 4/5 each. GM Finegold, who won the first place title and bonus on tiebreak told CLO, "After my up and down affair ending in blunders in round 4, I was happy to draw quickly in round 5. My students will laugh when they see some of the oversights I made this weekend."
