Going into the final round of the Denker tournament of high school champions (held in Orlando in conjunction with the US Open), Michael Vilenchuk of Ohio stands alone at the top of the crosstable with 5/5. Michael won last night against David Golub to take a commanding lead, a full point ahead of the field.

In the Barber K-8, Michael Brown & Justus Williams are tied with 4.5/5. Elena Andreeva leads the US Junior Girls Open.
