Miami resident GM Julio Becerra won his third straight Turkey Bowl, held in Fort Lauderdale Nov.13-14. See complete standings at bocachess.com. Next year’s Turkey Bowl will be taking place Nov. 18-20. The event is a prelude to next weekend's chess action from the American Open in Los Angeles, the National Chess Congress in Philadelphia and the Thanksgiving Open in Saint Louis.
