Calling All State Champions Print E-mail
March 11, 2010
The US State Champion of Champions event starts March 24-25 on the ICC. The semifinals take place on March 30 and the final is set for April 11. The winner gets one of five remaining spots into the US Championship! See complete tournament details and registration here.

Many strong players are registered to compete, including GM Julio Becerra. But not all state champions have come forward yet. Thanks to CLO readers for all their help in filling in the blanks below! Note that the following list represents players registered in the COC events (some of the state winners were ineligible due to residency or declined their spots.) If you have questions or additions for the following list, please email John Henderson of the ICC at jbhthescots@mac.com and CC wbrown@uschess.org.
