Correspondence ChessJames "Jim" Bovay IIIJames Bovay III is the winner of the 1989 USCF Absolute Championship, and he finished fifth in the 7th US Correspondence Championship. Jim also lays claim to a first and second place finish in the American Postal Chess Tournaments (APCT) Championships.
