Horizontal Rule

USCF Membership Catagories (one-year memberships): A Person

Full Adult - $40.00. Includes 12 monthly issues of Chess Life magazine. 2 years: $75.00; 3 years: $109.00.
Senior (age 65 and over) - $30.00. Includes 12 monthly issues of Chess Life magazine. 2 years: $60.00; 3 years: $90.00.
Youth (under age 20) - $15.00. Includes 12 monthly issues of Chess Life magazine.
Scholastic (under age 20) - $10.00. Includes 6 bimonthly issues of School Mates magazine instead of Chess Life .

Special Memberships:

Additional Family Member - $11.00. This membership option does not include a magazine, and requires that another family member living at the same address is already a member of the USCF and receiving Chess Life .
Sustaining - $95.00. Becomes a Life Membership after 10 timely payments.
Trial - $25.00. A six month membership, available to first-time members only.
Life - $850.00 ($425.00 if 65 or older).

Additional options: Wow - Yet Another Person!

Chess Life Subscription - $15.00 if already a member of the USCF.
School Mates Subscription - $15.00 if already a member of the USCF.

Note: Non-U.S. residents will be surcharged for postage and handling (except for Additional Family members). In Canada, add $6 per year; elsewhere, add $15 per year.

ONLINE: Starting this fall you will be able to join the USCF, or renew your membership, online! Payment is by credit card or check. All credit card transactions are encrypted, and are handled on a certified, secure server.
BY PHONE: Call the USCF at 800-388-KING or 914-562-8350 from 8AM-5PM Eastern Time (GMT-5) Monday through Friday and charge your membership; most major credit cards are accepted.
BY MAIL: Send you name, address, date of birth and membership type to: United States Chess Federation, 186 Route 9W, New Windsor, NY 12553 USA. You can pay be check, money order, or charge to most major credit cards.
BY EMAIL: This capability is expected to be available in the fall. Until then, you can send email to [email protected] and request a membership information packet. Please be sure to include your full regular mailing address.
