It is not clear what the idea of this move is, unless possibly to play, after 43 Kd3, 43 ... Nf5 looking for a repetition. Even in that case, White might be able to ignore this and just continue with 44 b5. Better, therefore, after 43 Kd3 is 43 ... Rh5.
